The GDT By-Law outlines:

• The functions and operations of the Tribunal.
• The functions and operations of the Appeals Board.
• Dealing with and resolving Player-Club Contract disputes through Arbitration.
• Administrative fees.
• Misconduct Fines.
• Red Card administration.
• Yellow Card administration.
• Repercussions for breaching the Rules of Competition.
• Repercussions for breaching the Laws of the Game.
• Repercussions for general/other infringements.
