FINAL CALL TO LODGE NRR 03 FORMS

All FFV Clubs in metropolitan and regional competitions are reminded that all completed white & yellow NRR 03 Carbon Copy forms (Amateur Player Registration forms) need to be lodged to FFV Registrations Department.
This applies to ALL clubs across metropolitan and regional competitions.

Mail NRR 03 forms to:
Registrations Department
Football Federation Victoria
PO Box 318
Fairfield VIC 3078

Or alternatively your Club may drop these forms off to FFV offices at the Darebin International Sports Centre (DISC).

If the WHITE & YELLOW forms are not lodged, the players FFA ID will be deleted from the SportNet system.  Your Club will then have to repeat the form process in season 2009.
